Review Hublot King Power Usain Bolt Watch

The watch dedicated to Usain “Lightining” Bolt comes in the year when the sprinter celebrates 25 years of age and in expectation of the following Olympic Games that will be held in London where Bolt will try to defend his medals and to possibly achieve more world record times. The watch comes in the limited series of 250 pieces, and as the chairman of Hublot, Jean-Claude Biver, commented, it is made not only for the currently fastest man on the planet, but for “the fastest since the Big Bang”. The best Hublot replica watches at captainthewatch.is.

The limited edition timepiece (each watch is individually numbered in order to mark its place in the series) is made with a King Power case, constructed from black micro-blasted ceramic. The housing of the watch is quite large and has the diameter of 48 mm. Ceramic in black color is also the material that was used to make the stationary bezel of the timepiece. The bezel is fixed with six black relief titanium screws which are constructed in the shape of the letter H and treated with black PVD coating.

The back of the case is made from the combination of micro-blasted ceramic and sapphire that also displays the athlete’s silhouette. On the other hand, lugs are made from composite resin, while the crown and pushers are from titanium with black PVD coating and with rubber inserts for protection. The overall water resistance that is supported in this Hublot timepiece with double glare-proof sapphire crystal at the front side is 100 meters below the surface.

Mechanical self-winding chronograph Calibre HUB4100, constructed from 252 components.  The movement with the automatic winding has a Glucydur hairspring, 27 jewels and guarantees a power reserve that lasts about 42 hours..
